If you need access to the Patient Portal, please call the main number 703-876-0800. You may also request portal access the next time you are in the office.
To upload forms or documents to your patient portal (click here to access the patient portal), follow these steps:
- Choose “my messages”
- Create a “+ new” message
- Choose your doctor’s name in the “to” field
- “I would like to…” field choose “ask a general question”
- Complete the “how can we help you” and “anything else you would like us to know” fields (you can include a description of the forms completed or any comments you may have).
- Click the blue “attach file” button – select the form you want to upload from your computer. You may have to do this several times in order to attach all necessary files. You may also need to send multiple messages if your file size exceeds the maximum file capacity (5 MB).
- Click the “send” button. You will receive a “success” message if your message was sent successfully.
